OPEN INTERNET-CONFERENCE OF
THE "WORLD WE LIVE IN" PROJECT 2005

Dear friends,

Youth Educational Club NEW LINE (“Transformation of Humanities” Association, http://newline.iatp.by) and iEARN-Belarus – International Education and Resource Network in Belarus (http://iearn-belarus.iatp.by), Youth Philosophy Club WWLI-EHU (European Humanities University and the team of “World We Live In” Internet-project, http://wwli.iatp.by), Internet Access and Training Program – IATP, Internet project- 2, PROON (www.iatp.by), Belarussian Alumni Club of the Federation of Internet-Education (www.fio.by) and E.H.U.–International (http://www.ehu-inetrnational.org) are happy to announce an open Internet discussion “World We Live In”, that wll take place on March 31, 2005 from 14:00-17:00 Minsk time (15.00 - 18.00 Moscow time or 12:00 – 15:00 Grinvich) at http://iatp.org.ua/irchat4/. The conference will be held in Russian, English, Belarussian and German languages.

The open internet-conference is a main part of the “World We Live In” Internet-project, http://wwli.iatp.by, and usually contains 5 thematic chat-rooms running altogether at the same time. This year you have an amazing chance to join the following discussions:

- channel #person – discussion «A Person: Majority. Initiative. Responsibility»: our chat-room – is a place for people who would like to think and discuss what being a Person, an Adult, a Child means. Who are they? Can these notions be associated with the people living in Belarus today?..

You contribution is really necessary for us!

Simply go at http://iatp.org.ua/irchat4/ , have a quick registration (preferably during the first half an hour of the conference) and choose the channel #belarus (common room for meetings, greetings, questions, and conducting work). Total length of the conference is 3 hours, beginning from 14.00 Minsk time.

Our coordinators and moderators will be ready to assist you any minute. Please, do not hesitate to ask questions and to share with us any difficulties you might face during your work.

 

Conference languages are: Russian, Belarussian (if you are participating in this language, please use the Latin alphabet), German. Apart of that, conference can be translated and managed in English.
